Notes

Did 15 reps of the short hill up to the guard rail with a real easy jog back down. Lucas and I figured the hill was about 170m. A little tougher than I expected so I'm glad we weren't doing 1 minute reps (original plan was 10x1min on/2min off. Form felt real solid, just a bit tired. Didn't go to the well and kept effort pretty consistent. Probably averaged 42.5 ish
