Tired tonight so I decided I would go out and run as slow as I needed to feel good. This actually felt really good and I enjoyed the run a lot, which I had a feeling would happen.

As of the next morning my legs are weirdly sore and tired. Not sure if it was the slow run that did it or the box jumps and step-ups. I don't think the box jumps and step-ups made me this sore last week.
