Pretty boring workout but it went well and I felt solid through the whole thing despite some wind. Ran the 200s into the wind but was still really happy with it. Threw on the Dragonflies for the second group of 200s reps and these shoes are wack, they really feel like springs coming from the old Bostons. They definitely want to go fast and I could feel them almost forcing my legs to turn over if I pushed.

Need a few more workouts like this and I'll be able to run some solid track races.
