Notes

I had been thinking of doing this for a few weeks and this felt like a good week for it. The climbs were really not all that bad and I think I was actually a little faster on the second one. I ran the two loops in about 24 minutes and 23:40 I think, which I want to remember in case I do this again some time. I definitely drank coffee too soon and probably in too large a volume before this because my stomach was a little rocky in the middle of this run and then it was really bad in the last couple miles. Suffered for it on the way home just trying to hold it together and my stomach was really bad all night and part of the next morning. I had white rice and toast for dinner once I could eat but definitely went to bed hungry.

All in all a good run, but next time I do this I'll be more careful with my stomach.
