Reunited with Lucas and it feels... 20s faster per mile than I've been running. Still fun to catch up and push a little on today's run. Doing it in Altras was maybe a little risky and I felt like I was working my lower legs and feet a bit while running but felt fine the rest of the night and woke up feeling a little better than normal actually, so maybe it was okay? Time will tell.
