10 minutes easy, 10 minutes uptempo, 6x30s hills with an easy jog down, 5 minutes uptempo, 10 minutes easy.

Felt pretty good but definitely a chilly night for running fast. The uptempo was fun but slower than I thought, not a big deal. I think I will do some uptempo runs for the next couple weeks to move toward tempoing on the roads. It feels good to get moving quickly.

Originally planned on an easy 35 but the roads might be snowy and bad for running tomorrow so I figured I would do some extra tonight.
