Notes
I wasn't feeling great this morning but I think I needed to eat more for breakfast plus I hadn't slept well the last couple nights. Didn't have high expectations for this run but once I got started I felt pretty good and just rolled with it. Negative split most of the run 7:22-6:56-6:41-6:35-6:31-6:39 (slow last quarter or so) plus a jog home. I had planned to do strides today but this was more fun so I'll do them tomorrow.
