Felt like I could do a little more than a normal Monday since yesterday was easy too. Body felt good except for my right foot, which has had a little bit of pain and stiffness beneath my big toe intermittently for a week or so. It started that way today and then my right arch got super tight like it has occasionally in the past. I stopped to stretch a little but was able to run on it pretty comfortably. Gonna stretch and roll out my foot later and see how it feels tomorrow. Could take tomorrow off and maybe even Wednesday to make sure it doesn't grow into anything worse.
Got a call from Northeast Alternatives about the extraction job and an email from Cytiva today! In person interview at NA and a phone call with Cytiva on Wednesday, so this is a great start to the week!
