12x30s with a jog recovery back to the start, but all continuous. Recoveries ended up around 60s which felt reasonable but a little challenging by the end. I feel like this was a great "easy" hill workout and I want to keep doing stuff like this. Running in flats even felt good despite my newly widened feet.
