Another fun one with Lucas. Still pretty hot today but mid 80s felt a lot better than mid 90s have been feeling. Achilles wasn't perfect but was mostly pretty good today. Kept it very easy especially once Lucas started feeling the heat and I added on a mile after getting back to our cars.
