Notes

Followed Daniels workout style tonight and did 200s before and after the tempo. He usually has 4 before and 4 after, but my right calf was really tight after so I did 2 and called it a day to be safe. I kindof like this, it definitely took some work to hit mile pace after the tempo, especially because I only took 60s to jog into it
