Met up with Logan, Ben and James for some easy miles. For some reason easy miles not only feel a lot easier with others, but my heart rate even seems to be lower when I’m not running alone. Logan and I added Lucky on after the other dudes called it and I did 8 strides in the neighborhood. Right arch is a little tight these days so I need to work on stretching and rolling a little more beyond warmups I think. Almost went for another 10 today but the body did NOT need it.
