10 minutes warmup and cooldown, with 2min on/1min off in the middle at about 6:00 pace. Wanted to do more of a workout but I was pretty tired after the meet so I settled for some easy aerobic work. Calves are sore this week, only recent change is racing in spikes Saturday so maybe that's it?
