Notes

Did the distance group's track workout with them today just for laughs. 10min, 2x50m pure speed, 4x(4x200m), 10min. Each set was 2 reps at mile pace, 2 reps 3-4s faster with 30s standing rest. A tough one for the team but lots of them looked really good. Slightly easier for me than I expected running 37/33-34 but I was sore very quickly afterward and quite sore the next day. Feeling it a little in my right hip flexor but hopefully that works out fairly quickly.
