Notes

Planned on an extra easy run today with pure speed. I ran 15 minutes getting to the high school and around the football practice field behind the basketball courts. Definitely the best field I've found around here by far and I think I'd be comfortable running barefoot here. I did A and B skips, high knees, butt kicks, and then the speed As and butt kicks before doing the pure speed and my left hamstring was a little tight but it didn't bother me during the 3x30m reps. Running for 24ish minutes afterward felt good but also a little strange the way easy running does after pure speed. I think I'll try to keep doing this once per week for the summer if not the entire fall. Maybe even add spikes at some point?
