Some classic Daniels here. Luckily the track was almost completely clean and there were only a couple places I had to be careful of where I stepped. The track was slightly slick so I was a little cautious the first couple reps before I got a feel for it.

Aiming for 72-73 but never much slower than 73. Felt pretty good here! I think I'll keep the pace here next week and bring it down the following. Ankles were a little sore at the end of the workout but I think they are just getting used to harder running. On the cooldown my right shin was slightly sore but it went away while I was running and then I forgot about it the rest of the night.
