Notes
This run was a weird one. I had already put it off and then the news about the Trumpers in DC breaking into the Capitol Building while Congress was counting and working on certifying Biden's election. Absolutely nutty. But also predictable with Trump's rhetoric over the last few months. Still insane to watch on tv.
The run was okay, mostly disjointed and kindof chilly. It was nice to run with Jake and Kyle though even if it slowed me down (by virtue of the route, not the pace of the run). It was a little tough to finish the last few minutes but mostly just a little bit of a drag, not super hard.
