Notes

Not too long but still a solid workout. Ankle felt mostly good but still not perfect. Wore the Topos for this and liked it. Not sure I should run much in them but they're nice in the gym and cross training for sure.

Also, I hit exactly 3000 steps in 35 minutes. Unnngghhhh
