Notes

First time doing Eric's Pull day. First 5 exercises are warm-ups. This was pretty fun, didn't take too long either. Eric said this isn't meant to be super-setted at all but I can add in some core between sets. I'll have to get creative a bit there but I think core between sets will be a good way to break this up and keep the rest periods active.
