Notes

Planned on 10x400m at 69-70s but I was gassed this week and thought 6-8 would be good. Did a couple reps in the 40-45 degree pouring rain and realized that wasn't happening and swapped for 200s with 200 jog to still hit the same pace with less exertion over all. Hit 33-34 for 10 200s and called it a night. Felt decent but this was probably worth more than it looked like because it was so rainy and windy. Shoes were soaked and heavy from rep one, as were all of my clothes.
