Probably my best track workout in a few months. This is from Daniel 5K/10K week 3, but I cut off a couple more 200s at the end because I felt like this workout had been long enough and went super well so I didn't want to push it.

Went in looking for 36s and 72s but wanted the workout to feel like it came naturally so I was willing to settle for a little slower if it meant not having to grind for it. 400s took some focus in the second half of each rep but none were too hard. The 200s before and especially after always feel like glorified strides.

I can almost feel myself getting faster. A few more workouts like this and I might get some pop.
