Notes

CMPT with Eric BUT it was a good one tonight and I liked these exercises so I'm going to write down the whole thing here so I can come back to it when giving the high schoolers a new routine in a few weeks. Probably not going to use the tweeners but I included them anyway. Eric had us do 3 sets of one set with a tweener after each and then 3 sets of the other + tweener. I did 3 lower and 2 upper which I thought was good. Eric felt he made the workout a little too long.

Warmup: 20x sitbacks, 20x foam roller angels, 15x side lying T-Spine, 20x starfish, 10x yoga pushups, 60m 1 bell marching

Lower bod: 25x glute bridge (weighted), 10ea weighted step-ups, 20x goblet squat, 10ea SLDL, 15ea hamstring curl on ball, 25ea calf raises

Upper bod: 10ea DB press from floor, 25 TRX rows, 10ea half kneeling curl to press, 10ea row in bear, 15ea pullovers (ball or bench), 30m alligator pushups

Tweeners: 100 bicycles (core), 1 mile on total body trainer, 60m sled push, 500m row, 0.25 mile run (true form treadmill), 30m inchworm (15 fwd 15 back).
