After practice in the rain. Got there a little late but it was good to see the team and chat with Coach Smith for a while. 8x30s hills with 2:30 easy jog between to get a little hill work in but not do a whole lot before working out tomorrow.
Cut through the center of these shoes and they feel a lot better on my achilles. Still don't love the shoes but this at least makes them feel like they aren't actively making my achilles feel worse!
