This is a workout Kyle and I talked about last week but I never did because I was so wiped out. Planned on it yesterday but life got in the way so here I am. It went okay, I definitely feel that I haven't done this stuff in 2 weeks but that's okay. I was pretty happy with the 2nd and 3rd sets. I was out of breath but my legs were feeling pretty good through the whole thing. Added the 150 at the end to get some real turnover in because that was what felt most unnatural about this workout. I'll do something on the track Friday probably and next week I'd like to do a whole bunch of reps at this pace or faster with lots of rest just to get the track-running rhythm back in me.
