Notes

3x8 DB bench press (35lbea) / 3x5 pull ups (bw)

3x8 goblet squat (35/40/45lb) / 3x12ea (25lb) half kneeling overhead cable pulls

3x30ea skaters / 3x10ea step ups (0/17/27lb)

Felt good to do a bit more after running today, and especially the plyos feel like something I could really benefit from. Maybe something short like this a couple times a week would be a good addition.
