Notes

Went to True North to meet Tory at Mike Curnen's recommendation. Seemed like a good dude, super nice gym. Talked about my background training/running and what my goals were a bit. Did a quick screen consisting on pushups (chest to ground) to near failure (12), hex bar deadlift (5x125 very easy, then 5x145 also easy), then neutral grip pullups to near failure (10), walking lunges, balance on one foot for 20s with knee above hip. Tory said I was "strong for a runner" but in fairness I was also surprised at how easy some of this stuff was. Deadlift was absolute cake, I feel like I could go over 200 right now.
