CMPT with Eric.

Enjoyed doing a 10 pyramid of squat to roll out / inverted TRX row. Felt like I was using lots of core and leg, plus some good shoulder stability work. Way better than the other option, pushups/supermans.

Treehuggers were good too: Band with handles attached behind, stand on one leg, then chest flies with the band. Everything else fairly standard.
