Notes

Class with Eric. Started with a pyramid of 1-10 pushups/ 2-20 roll-ups. Hard but not as bad as I expected. I could barely do either by the end.

Today was more strength oriented and I did some decent deadlifting with the hex bar. Got up to either 165 or 175 (not sure on bar weight) on my 5th set of 10 reps.
