Notes

Didn't want to work out on the track plus figured it would probably be busy, and I didn't want to do tons of field loops where I'm not as confident of the footing. Good call except that it was pretty dark by the end of this, but at least the bike path surface is predictable. Did 2 harder 200s to get going and then started 800s @ 5:40 with 90s rest. The goal was to run a bit faster than last week's tempo pace but keep it pretty aerobic. I think I did that pretty well, although I was definitely working a little harder than I expected. I think it's just been a while since I did workouts like this consistently so I'm not feeling as relaxed as I remember feeling doing stuff like this.

Rep distances weren't super precise but that's fine. Splits were 35.8, 36.8, 2:45.8, 2:46.6, 2:42.4, 2:48.1, 2:44.7, 2:49.8, 2:44.6, 2:48.8, 2:45.5, 2:47.9,
