6x3min on/1min off at 5:20 pace. Warm and windy today, and I did these with Dan Wentworth (he did 600m each rep while I did about 900m). Felt meh today but that's okay. Kept it to just 6 reps because I was working harder than I usually do to hit these and I didn't want to overdo it after Wednesday's workout and a busy week. Plus with some hills tomorrow, I will have done 1 really good and 2 decent workouts this week, plus a long run.
