Forgot that I had 10x 30s on/30s off to finish written for today, but I did 6 hard ones anyway. Liz came along on her bike and it was a super nice temperature. My legs are really feeling yesterday's lift and I was exhausted last night, so my body is doing pretty much what I'd expect after not lifting for a few months.
