Notes

15 minutes easy, 2x10min at about 6 minute pace, then about 40 minutes easy with Teddy. Didn't feel great but it was early and in retrospect I definitely did not eat enough for breakfast, or possibly for dinner last night. Second rep felt a lot better than the first. Cooldown felt pretty sluggish and then got a nasty chill when we finished but great catching up with Ted.
