Notes

Adapted Daniels' track workout to the hills today. 6 x (200, 200 400 R) w/ equal jog became 5 x (35s, 35w, 70s R effort) w/ equal jog. Did the first two sets on the Devereux driveway but was nervously informed by an employee that the school really doesn't like anyone on the property so I left.

Used Miles Road instead which was gentler but with more risk of oncoming traffic. Traffic was never a problem and I think this was a really good effort. It was taking longer than I expected so I was considering doing only 4 sets but ended up doing 5 sets minus the last 70s rep. Blasted the 4th one though and that was fun for about 20s and then painful.

Not really sure about my GPS data here, but I'm logging it as is. Time on feet 4 life
