I forgot to write down the distance for this so I'm guessing.

Warmed up on the stairs and my ankle felt good but slightly sore but I thought I would be fine if I did a little treadmill. If it was painful I planned to just quit and get back on the stairs. Also changed it up a bit and ran in the adios because a) my other shoes feel like too much shoe on the treadmill and b) I wanted to see if being in a firmer, lower stack shoe changed the way my ankle felt. I don't think it made a huge difference honestly, but I do feel more comfortable in a lower/firmer shoe on the treadmill.
