2 minute tempo for 600m after the warmup, then a stride and jog back before starting the 5K, then 8 laps following the 5k that included 400m easy and then 100m stride/300m jog for the rest. Everything feeling pretty good today, but feeling it toward the end of the post race strides. I wanted to just turn over and hopefully leave my legs feeling a bit fresher tomorrow, but I feel that's pretty futile after the 5K and fairly high volume day.
