Notes

Wanted a longer LT workout but it was hotter than usual today so I opted for repeat miles rather than something continuous. I wanted 6 but thought if the workout got really hard I'd do 5. It was still somewhat hard but I'm really happy with how it went and how my achilles felt through the whole thing, including the cooldown. Splits were 5:57.1, 5:56.1, 5:53.6, 5:50.4, 5:48.3, 5:44.8 with 60s between all except the last two where I gave myself 90s.
