Classic 8 x 3min on / 1min off. Cold (33-34F) and rainy but I really wanted to get this done tonight. Came through most reps in about 2:42-2:44, I think only rep 3 was slower than 2:44 through 800. All of these I was within 10-12m of 900m for the rep. Last rep I went out a little fast and told myself I didn't need to nail it but still came through under 2:38 and ran 910-915m.
Didn't feel awesome over all but I was happy to get this done faster than 3 weeks ago even in the rain. Averaged probably 5:26-7 pace if I had to guess, faster than last time and didn't feel quite as good.
