Notes

First track-like workout of the season. Felt pretty mediocre, I ate lunch late which I'm sure didn't help. It definitely took focus to hit the reps, which I realized early on the 2nd rep. I was aiming for 72s once I started, and probably averaged just over. If I keep doing decent workouts along these lines I'm sure this will be easier and faster before long.
