Listening to my body because this week has been HARD on it. Standing all day and trying to run a 50 mile week after a week off is clearly not the move. Should still easily hit 40-45 and that's totally fine by me. Achilles was sore all day but got better with stretching and walking. It was decent during the run but not great. Going to try a different pair of shoes (not my old 880s with 400+ miles) in PE tomorrow and hope that I can run a decent workout afterward. If it ends up being a light fartlek that's fine, this week has been harder than I expected. I'm gonna sleeeep this weekend.
