Tried extending the crowbar but unfortunately the non-paved extension isn't very runable. It's overgrown, bumpy in some spots under the grass and flooded in a couple sections. I went out almost a half mile before turning around and almost escaped unscathed before lightly rolling my left ankle. It didn't feel great on the rest of the run but not terrible, really hoping this won't be a big deal.
