Notes

Had some coffee before this and I feel like it might have been the deciding factor for how this long run went. Made a point of starting reeeally easy and that was about 7 minute pace today. Ran a bunch of 6:57-58s in the first half, turned around and ran some lower 6:50s. With a couple miles to go I got excited about round numbers and sandbagged the last mile so I could hit exactly 13 in 90 minutes. My watch says 13.01 but strava said 13 even so I'll call it a win!

Actually though I had some decent heartburn from the coffee for a lot of this run which wasn't suuuuper pleasant, so i'll have to drink it earlier or drink less of it in the future if it's pre-run. Also my left achilles started out really good but was a bit sore in the last 3-4 miles which so the run was a mixed bag in that regard. Gotta get on the box jumps asap to see if that can get it the rest of the way to healthy.
