Nov 6, 2011 - 500 Hours of Running
Mar 11, 2012 - Major injury ... Its going to be a long road back to here.
Jan 1, 2014 - After more than 18 months, I am ready to start over!

|Why do I run:
I learned to run for my father whose legs failed him late in life and for my brother whose heart failed him too early in life. But most of all I will learn to run for my wife, my family and myself

I needed to get back into shape and improve my cardio health... I ain't gettin' any younger!
