Rest 2:00-3:00 between efforts. 115, 115, 95, 105, 115

Finish with 21,15, 9 reps for time of: 12:50

- Kettlebell Swing (overhead) @ 35#

- Wall Ball

- Rope Climb X 1 ascent ends each round. Sub is the self assist climb X 4 where you lower yourself to the ground and then climb your way back to standing. (Sub)
