Workout for the Wounded Warrioirs

10 Rounds:

200m run

5 pull ups

10 push ups

10 sit ups

10 kettle bell swings

Made it through 7 rounds. Had to go to the box for push ups after the 5th round. Green band on pull ups. 35# kettle bell.

Arms are toast.
