I would have liked to go farther, but my heart rate was a bit too high. I had to keep slowing down to keep it in check. By the end I couldn't keep it under 170, so decided it was time to stop. I don't think I was dehydrated. I only lost 4.5 lbs. I was taking fluids every mile. Oh well.
