Notes
Great race--the weather was nice. My stomach didn't like the banana when I got up, but I did get out, get settled and stretch before the race.
It took awhile to get to the starting line, but once things opened up (around mile 3), I was able to settle into a comfortable groove. Miles 3 and 4 were on the parkway with large crowds, so I got a little fast and tried to reign it in until mile 10. I got a side stich at mile 10, but ran through it. I pushed through to the end, although my side still got ugly on and off.
Final finish time 2:09:24.
