This was one of my easier speed workouts. Just wanted to work on my pacing for the Mini. Did half marathon effort with one minute rest. My goal for the mini was 6:39 pace. I think I might be able to break 6:30. Who knows, but I'm ready to find out. Saturday can't get here quick enough.
