I enjoyed the run. It was a little easier than last week. Not too concerned about time at this moment. Looking to get more time on my feet and build strength. Easy week next week. Looking to incorporate some road work two weeks from now. I will put an hour on the trails, hour on the road, and back onto the trails. I think I will be ready for Monumental. I was hating my marathon training until I started trail running. Great way to breakup the monotony.
