GR8 WORKOUT, just like the good old days. With mah boyz ROB and PAT!!! DAMN workouts are so much easier with people. Despite Rob having a lot of quality this week and Pat having no... anything, both agreed to hop in today and it went SWIMMINGLY. Rob and I took turns, I went 1-3-5, Pat tucked in for 3 solid reps, Rob and I decided to do the 5th after feeling so DANG GOOD. Pacing was on point except for a quick first lap on 4, and 5 was fast but consistently paced at least. Effort felt perfect, smooth AF. Crowley was too scurred to play with the big dogs.
