Not an amazing feeling run, but not a bad one. Incredibly humid though, not too warm luckily (~75) but I was drenched before too long (in fairness I did get a little light rain to start). Treatment/lifts/etc continue to improve Achilles... they still need to warm up a bit to start but they're definitely not as stiff or as sensitive as they were. Feeling good about the next few days, let's see what happens!
